How do we choose the most suitable boat for us?

Our boats, which are available according to the tour date and number of people you have determined, will be forwarded to you if you contact us. In this direction, you can choose the one that suits you best from our yachts in our boat fleet. Our employees, who have acquired their experience in this sector, provide you with special services for your satisfaction.
* If you have a request for a special food menu or a special diet menu, you must inform us of your request at least 2 weeks before the date of the tour.

What is included in the rental fee?

Port taxes and mooring fees in Turkish territorial waters, transitlog, yacht insurance, fuel fee per day 4 hours cruise time, cleaning, staff service and airport transfer are included in the price.

What is not included in the rental fee?

Port taxes and mooring fees in Greek territorial waters, fuel fees for cruising longer than 4 hours per day, fuel fees for water sports and land tours are not included in the price.

How and how can we pay?

When your tour details become clear, we confirm the boat between the dates you specify in accordance with availability by receiving 50% prepayment. The remaining payment can be made when you arrive on the boat before the Tour starts.

What are our boarding hours?

Boarding time is at 16.00 (04.00 pm) in all our tours. Departure from the boat is 10:00 am after breakfast on the last day. After that, the boat is prepared for our next tour guests. Bookings are usually taken from Saturday to next Saturday. On other days, boarding and landing are covered by ask&sell. You can contact Yachtingram team for detailed information.

Can we start and finish the tour from different regions?

Start and finish the tour from different regions are covered by ask&sell. If the previous tour finish location and the next tour start location are available to start and finish the tour in different regions, you can start or finish the tour from different ports for an additional fee. Are we shopping ourselves?

If you want to shop for food, you can do it yourself. Or you can request the shopping service from our team. All-inclusive menus calculated per person are prepared if shopping is done by us. You can contact Yachtingram team for menu prices and detailed information.

Can you make special menus or special diet dishes?

Yes, we can. If you have a request for a special menu or a special diet menu, you must inform us in writing at least 2 weeks before the tour date.

Should we get insurance before the tour?

All our yachts are covered by insurance. It cover 3 individuals to a certain limit. Our guests who wish can make their own personal health and travel insurance.

What travel documents do we need for foreign tours?

Passports belonging to our guests who will participate in foreign tours must cover at least one month after the end of the tour. Our guests must have visas and health insurance that will be valid for tours. All documents must be fully approved and transmitted to us before the date of the tour. All documents that may be required during foreign tours are our guests’ own responsibility.

Do I need a license for a sailboat?

There is no need for crewed sail charters. But on sailboats that are allowed to rent without a crew, it is mandatory to submit the license document at the time of booking.

How much should the crew be tipped?

The tip rate is usually between 5% and 10% of the tour price. Tips are given to the captain to be evenly distributed among the staff team. Tipping is entirely our guests’ choice.

What kind of stuff should we bring with us?

We recommend buying small suitcases to take up little space in cabins or soft bags to be practical. You can also buy a swimsuit, clothes that you can relax in, and cardigans for evenings that can be cool.
* It is forbidden to wear shoes inside the boat.

Can we also organize land tours during the tour?

We can organize private land tours to the regions on the route of your Blue Cruise program according to your request. We can also provide a guide service if you wish.

Can we go on tour with our baby?

Yes, you can join private yacht charters with your baby.

Are boats suitable for disabled passengers?

It depends on the state of the obstacle. But cabin toilets are not suitable for wheelchair use, as the boat’s internal and external stairs are narrow. We ask our disabled guests to inform us of their special status at the time of booking.

Can we bring our pets to the boat?

According to the rules, pets are not allowed on our boats.

Is smoking allowed on the boat?

Smoking is not allowed in closed areas inside the boat; in the hall and cabins. Our guests who smoke can drink in the open area.
